トラブルシューティング

WiFiまたは携帯電話データによるビデオ送信に問題がある場合は、以下の手順をお試しください。

ビデオに問題があります

アプリで「接続されていません」という画面が表示される場合は、以下をお試しください。

アプリケーションの接続に問題がある

お客様のプライバシーとセキュリティは、当社にとって非常に重要です。そのため、どのようなデータをどのような理由で保存するのかを明確にしています。

通信全体は、業界標準のSSLによって暗号化されます。通信は当社のサーバーを経由し、データの一部は当社のBibinoサーバーに保存されます。これらのデータを保存する理由は、お客様のBibinoアカウントのもとで、ペアリングされたすべてのデバイスとデータ（作成された赤ちゃんのプロフィール、子守唄、アクティビティログなど）を同期できるようにするためです。

行動ログの構造は、お客様が削除しない限り、当社のサーバーに保存されます。ただし、録音された音声は、一定期間経過後に削除します。試用版では、過去2回のモニタリングと過去3日間の音声記録を残し、それ以外は削除します。Bibino Premiumでは、過去10回のモニタリングと過去21日分の音声を保存します。

プライバシーとセキュリティ

しかし、バッテリーの消費量は、バッテリーの全体的な状態、ビデオ機能が使用されているかどうか、ペアレントステーションが前面でモニターしているかどうかなど、多くの要素に影響されます。

同様に、データ消費量は多くの要素に影響されます。オーディオとビデオの送信、ビデオの品質、インターネット接続の品質はすべて、使用されるデータ量に影響を与えます。ビデオ機能を使用した場合、データ消費量は音声のみを使用した場合よりも大幅に増加します。1時間の音声モニタリングでは通常1〜5MB程度（それ以上になることもあります）、ビデオモニタリングでは通常1分あたり10MB程度（それ以上になることもあります）のデータを消費します。

データとバッテリーの消費

Bibinoをバックグラウンドで使用している場合（デバイスがロックされている場合や、赤ちゃんをモニターしながら他のアプリを使用している場合）、Bibinoは赤ちゃんの様子を知らせる方法として2つのオプションを用意しています。

<h3>音声と通知</h3>

音声はペアレントステーションのデバイスに継続的に送信されるので、いつでも赤ちゃんの声を聞くことができます。また、通知で赤ちゃんのことをお知らせします。信頼性の高い、おすすめのモデルです。音声を連続的に送信するため、他のアプリの再生に支障をきたす場合があります（音楽やポッドキャストの視聴など）。

<h3>通知機能のみ</h3>

このモードでは、通知のみを受け取ることができます。音声は送信されないので、バッテリーの節約にもなり、他のアプリの再生も改善されます。

バックグラウンドモードとは何ですか？

アクティビティログは、過去のモニタリングを時系列で記録したもので、それぞれのタイムスタンプに音声が割り当てられています。アクティビティログは、お客様のBibinoアカウントのすべてのデバイスで同期されます。 

メイン画面で時計のアイコンをタップすると、すべてのアクティビティログにアクセスできます。モニタリング中の現在のアクティビティログは、メニュー→アクティビティログ、または「Last noise 'time period' ago.”

アクティビティログに記録されたノイズは凝縮されており、無音の間隔が短くなっています。例えば、赤ちゃんが10秒間騒いでいたが、実際には7秒間しか騒いでいなかった場合、音声ファイルの長さは7秒になります。録音された音を再生するオプションはプレミアム機能であり、Bibino Premiumサブスクリプションプランに含まれています。

アクティビティログの構造、タイムスタンプ、およびノイズの記録は、Bibinoのサーバーに保存されます。過去21日分のアクティビティログにアクセスできます。古いアクティビティログは自動的に削除されます。

音声記録を残したい場合は、音声記録を再生して「エクスポート」を選択することで、音声記録をエクスポートすることができます（Bibino Premiumでのみ利用可能）。

このようなペアリングは、友人の家に遊びに行ったときに、その人のデバイスを赤ちゃんのモニタリングに使いたいときに便利です。

異なるBibinoアカウントでデバイスをペアリングするには？

まず、両方のデバイスが同じWiFiに接続されていることを確認します。両方のデバイスに以下の画面が表示されていることを確認してください。この画面が表示されない場合は、メイン画面で「メニュー」を開き、「新しい デバイス をペアリング」を選択します。

新しいデバイスをペアリングするには、2つの方法があります。

新しいデバイスをペアリングするには？

Bibinoアカウントからデバイスを削除する際には、パスワードの入力による確認が求められます。そのデバイスは、Bibinoアカウントのすべてのデバイスとのペアリングが解除されます。

別のBibinoアカウントからデバイスを削除する場合は、パスワードの確認は必要ありません。

ペアリングしたデバイスを削除するには？

アカウントを削除したい場合は、「設定」-「アカウント」-「アカウントの削除」を行ってください。パスワードを入力してアカウントの削除を確認します。手続きの詳細が記載されたメールが届きますので、ご確認ください。ご不明な点がございましたら、弊社サポート<a href="mailto:support@bibinoapp.com?subject=Deleting%20account%20request">（support@bibinoapp.com</a>）までお問い合わせください。
