Hibaelhárítás

Ha problémákat tapasztal a videó átvitelével kapcsolatban akár a WiFi, akár a mobil adatátvitel során, próbálja meg a következő lépéseket:

	<li>Ellenőrizze, hogy a következő portok nyitva vannak-e a hálózatán, mivel a hálózaton lévő tűzfal blokkolhat néhány olyan portot, amelyre az alkalmazásunknak szüksége van. Problémám van a videóval

Az alkalmazásnak problémája van a csatlakozással

Adatvédelem és biztonság

Tisztában vagyunk azzal, hogy az akkumulátor- és adatfogyasztás nagyon fontos, és folyamatosan igyekszünk csökkenteni mind az energia-, mind az adatfogyasztást.

Az akkumulátor fogyasztását azonban számos tényező befolyásolja - az akkumulátor általános állapota, a videofunkció használata, a Parent Station előtérben történő figyelése stb. 

Ha lehetséges, javasoljuk, hogy a Baby Stationt a töltőhöz csatlakoztatva tartsa. A Parent Stationon lehetőség van a háttérben történő megfigyelési mód használatára, amely nagyon akkumulátor-kímélő. 

Ugyanígy az adatfogyasztást is számos tényező befolyásolja. A hang- és videóátvitel, a videó minősége és az internetkapcsolat minősége mind szerepet játszik a felhasznált adatmennyiségben. A videofunkció használatakor az adatfogyasztás jelentősen magasabb lesz, mint a csak hangot használó készülék esetében. Egy óra hangfigyelés általában 1-5 MB-ot fogyaszt (de lehet magasabb is); a videofigyelés általában 10 MB/perc (de lehet magasabb is).

Adat- és akkumulátor-fogyasztás

Ha a Bibino-t a háttérben használja (vagyis a készülék le van zárva, vagy más alkalmazást használ, miközben a babát figyeli), a Bibino két lehetőséget kínál arra, hogy tájékoztassa Önt a babáról.

<h3>Hang és értesítések</h3>

Ez a modell megbízható és ajánlott. A folyamatos hangátvitel miatt az alkalmazás zavarhatja más alkalmazások lejátszását (pl. zenehallgatás, podcastok stb.).

Ebben a módban csak értesítéseket fogsz kapni. A hang nem kerül továbbításra, ami segít az akkumulátor megtakarításában és javítja más alkalmazások lejátszását.

Mi a háttér üzemmód?

A Tevékenységi napló a múltbeli megfigyelések idővonala, a hangfelvételek a megfelelő időbélyegzőkhöz rendelt hangfelvételekkel. A Tevékenységi napló szinkronizálódik az Ön Bibino-fiókjához tartozó összes eszközön. 

Az összes Tevékenységi naplót a főképernyőről érheti el az óra ikonjára koppintva. Az aktuális Tevékenységi naplót a megfigyelés során a Menü → Tevékenységi napló menüpontban vagy az "Utolsó zaj 'időintervallum' ezelőtt" koppintással érheti el. ”

A Tevékenységi naplóban rögzített zajok tömörítve vannak, ami azt jelenti, hogy lerövidítjük a csendintervallumokat. Például, ha a baba 10 másodpercig zajos volt, de a tényleges zaj csak 7 másodpercig tartott, a hangfájl 7 másodperc hosszú lesz. A rögzített zajok visszajátszásának lehetősége prémium funkció, és a Bibino Premium előfizetési csomag részét képezi.

A tevékenységnapló struktúráját, az időbélyegeket és a zajfelvételeket a Bibino szervereinken tároljuk. Az aktivitási naplókhoz az elmúlt 21 napból férhet hozzá. A régebbi aktivitási naplók automatikusan törlődnek.

Mi az a tevékenységi napló?

Ha egy másik Bibino-fiókkal rendelkező eszközzel való párosítást választ, csak az Ön és a Bibino-fiókkal rendelkező adott eszköz lesz párosítva. Ön nem férhet hozzá más eszközökhöz az ő Bibino fiókjukból, és ők sem férnek hozzá az Önéhez.

Ez a fajta párosítás akkor jön jól, ha barátokhoz látogat, és az ő készüléküket szeretné használni a baba megfigyelésére.

Hogyan párosíthatok eszközöket egy másik Bibino fiókkal?

Nem találja a párosítandó eszközt

Egy új eszköz párosításának két módja van:

<h3>1. Automatikus párosítás</h3>

<ol>
	<li>Futtassa az alkalmazást mindkét eszközön, és csak az egyikükön koppintson a "Második eszköz keresése" gombra.</li>
	<li>Válassza ki a listából azt az eszközt, amellyel párosítani szeretne</li>
	<li>Erősítse meg a párosítási kérelmet a második eszközön.</li>
</ol>

Ha már rendelkezik Bibino-fiókkal, egyszerűen jelentkezzen be azzal a fiókkal az új eszközön. A készülék hozzá lesz adva a Bibino-fiókjához, és automatikusan párosítva lesz a fiókja alatt lévő összes eszközzel.

<h3>2. Kézi párosítás </h3>

Ha nem lát egyetlen eszközt sem a listán, akkor manuálisan is párosíthat egy új eszközt.

<ol>
	<li>Az egyik eszközön koppintson a (123) gombra a jobb felső sarokban a párosítási kód megjelenítéséhez.</li>
	<li>A második eszközön koppintson a "Nem találtak eszközt?" lehetőségre, és válassza a "Kód megadása" lehetőséget.</li>
	<li>A kód beírása után fogadja el a párosítási kérelmet a második eszközön, és mindkettő párosítva lesz.</li>
</ol>

Hogyan párosíthatok új készüléket?

A főképernyőn koppintson a Menü elemre, majd válassza a Beállítások lehetőséget. Ezután válassza a Párosított eszközök lehetőséget, ahol kezelheti, hozzáadhatja vagy törölheti az eszközöket. 

Amikor egy eszközt töröl a Bibino fiókjából, a rendszer jelszó megadásával kéri a művelet megerősítését. Az eszköz ezután a Bibino-fiókja alatt lévő összes eszközről feloldódik a párosítás.

Amikor egy eszközt töröl egy másik Bibino-fiókból, nem kell jelszóval megerősítenie a műveletet.

Hogyan törölhetem a párosított eszközt?

Ha törölni szeretné fiókját, lépjen a Beállítások - Fiók - Fiók törlése menüpontba. A fiók törlését a jelszó megadásával erősítse meg. Kapni fog egy e-mailt a folyamat részleteivel. Hogyan mondhatom le a Bibino Premiumot?

Mi az a Bibino számla?

A Bibino egy bébifigyelő alkalmazás, amelyet ingyenesen letölthet minden elérhető platformra. A Bibino teljesen ingyenesen, korlátozott funkciókkal használható. You can choose from skin color, facial appearance, hair type and color, dress, accessories. Or you can upload photo of your child to make the app truly yours. Your customised avatar or photo will show during monitoring, on the main screen, and in notifications.

Select from over 20 lullabies and sounds - from colour noises and household noises to sounds of nature. If you miss any lullaby or sound in the baby monitor sound library, you can record your own lullaby.

Motion detection feature notifies you whenever your baby moves. The feature has three sensitivity levels that determine the level of motion the app should react to.

Multi-baby feature provides you with a reliable and secure option to comfortably watch over more than 1 baby at the same time. You can monitor up to 4 children at once from one Parent Station.

The Baby Station can be paired with an unlimited number of the Parent Stations at the same time. So the baby can be monitored by mom, dad, grandma, or a babysitter all at once.

Night mode provides you with a dimmed screen and only the essential features for a peaceful night. The mode has no video, and the audio is transmitted only when it's longer than a set period of time.

The PIP mode is especially useful for parents who need to work or attend to other tasks on their device. Monitoring will be displayed in a small window in the foreground when you slide Bibino to the background.

View photos and videos taken during monitoring. Activity log is an effective way to keep track of your child's sleep development and capture precious moments at the same time.

Mute all sounds on the Parent Station when necessary. Muting all sounds comes in handy when you’re in the baby’s room or when using Bibino in the background.
